Laura, the visionary behind Luminare Aesthetics and Wellness, is dedicated to helping clients achieve their best look and feel. She listens carefully to understand each client's goals, experience, and budget to create personalized strategies. With a background as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a specialization in Aesthetics, she has a deep knowledge of full face rejuvenation. Laura is also an aesthetic trainer, Med Spa consultant, and was recognized as the Best Injector in Kansas City in 2022.
Her artistic approach enhances clients' natural features, promoting rejuvenation and confidence. Laura’s vision for Luminare is to help clients exude confidence with radiant, healthy skin, supported by the latest techniques and education. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three children, husband, and traveling the world.

Meet Allie, an accomplished Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate and a certificate in fitness nutrition. Her 12-year career in Neuro Critical Care and personal weight loss journey make her a compassionate and inspiring guide for clients seeking weight loss and wellness. As Nutrition Manager for Luminare Fit, Allie provides personalized nutrition coaching and weight loss consultations, helping clients achieve confidence and self-love through tailored plans that include weight loss medications and nutrition strategies.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She's passionate about staying active, whether working out, skiing, or enjoying time outdoors. A Chiefs season ticket holder and Duke basketball fan, she rarely misses a game.
Morgan Bowker
Nurse injector
Morgan, a Nurse Injector with a background in nursing since 2016, brings compassionate care and clinical expertise to her role at the med spa. Having worked with oncology patients, she has a strong foundation in personalized care, ensuring clients receive both top-tier medical attention and their desired aesthetic results.
She is passionate about combining her nursing skills with the artistry of aesthetics to create a comforting, patient-centered experience. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, gardening, and baking with her kids.

Meg’s roots in the beauty industry run deep. Meg has been a licensed CIDESCO certified Esthetician for over 16 years, and a licensed Cosmetologist for over 13 years. With over 3,000 education hours in her field, Meg is confident that she will be able to help you meet and maintain your skin goals. She absolutely loves this industry and believes it is her true calling.
Meg’s approach to skin care is balanced by treatment and relaxation. She believes that both elements are key to a beneficial and wonderful spa service. It is important for her to connect with and understand her clients' specific and unique needs. As part owner of Luminare's Liberty location and Director of Clinical Excellence and Education, Jen ensures high standards of care and continuous learning for providers, contributing to the med spa's success.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, has a love for organization, volleyball, and leads an active lifestyle.
Nicole Dailey
Nurse Practitioner Injector, MSN, FNP-BC
Nicole is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in neurosurgery and vascular care, specializing in sclerotherapy. Her background as a certified nurse in the operating room and registered nurse first assistant brings a high level of skill and precision to her work at Luminare.
Known for her deep connections with clients, Nicole is dedicated to making each individual feel comfortable, understood, and respected. She designs personalized treatment plans with compassion and artistry, helping clients achieve radiant results.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys traveling to places like Thailand, Australia, and Jamaica, embracing diverse cultures. She values time with family and friends, and her warm, caring nature makes every client feel comfortable and confident in her care.
